YOGA - Foundations - 60 mins

A flow style class slowed down to explore some of the traditional poses, with a focus on technique, function and safety. You will be allowed time to understand the basic alignment principles and learn modifications that suit your body. This workshop style class will allow space for questions and discussions. Suitable for all levels and recommended for beginners.
