A steady-paced class open to all levels with a moderate fitness level, designed to increase your strength, endurance, balance, focus, flexibility as well as patience. An energetic flowing sequence of postures consisting of standing, balancing, floor poses, arm balances and inversions to get the blood pumping, breath flowing and energy bursting.
