Want to try yoga but don’t know where to begin? This is the class for you. A flow style class slowed down to explore some of the traditional poses, with a focus on breath, technique, function and safety. You will be allowed time to understand the basic alignment principles and learn modifications that suit your body. Suitable for all levels and recommended for beginners.
