YOGA - Beginners Course - Wk 2

Whether your recovering from an injury, hoping to improve strength and flexibility in your body, looking to calm the mind, increase mental clarity or searching for stillness this beginners course is ideal for the absolute beginner.    

We explore some of the more traditional poses with a focus on technique & safety and discover the importance of our breath and mindfulness, giving you a great foundation to start your yoga journey both at home and in a class environment.
