Children's Mindfulness/Meditation

Term 2, 2015 is about to start here in Victoria and I am proud to say I now have THREE classes running per week for after school mindfulness/meditation classes.  The classes are small and intimate with only 6 children in each.  In each class we cover;

 

  • Breath
  • Relaxation of body
  • Meditation
  • Connection to body
  • Creativity
They should teach self love at school. If they don’t, I will!

Current classes are:

Monday 4.30 - 5.30pm (7-10year olds)  FULL

Monday 6.30 - 7.30pm (10-13year olds) 1 spot left

Tuesday 4.30 - 5.30pm (7-10year olds) 1 spot left
