On the first and third Monday of every month, I host a 1 hour class to learn and practice meditation. Starting at 1pm and finishing at 2pm. Suitable for beginners and those wanting to connect with like minded souls.  Each session we cover 

  • Breath/Relaxation of body
  • Meditation
  • Connection to body
  • Time to share/ask questions - release

A cup of tea and a sample oil to take home ( to help enhance you daily practice) completes the session.
