DoTERRA recipe

 Cacao Ball Recipe: 

2 x cups almond meal, 
1 x cup cacao, 
6 x medjool dates (soak until soft), 
2 x tablespoons rice maple syrup (or honey), 
1 x tablespoon cocao butter (melted), 
Shredded coconut,
Handful of pepitas chopped finely if you want to add some crunch, 
2 to 3 drops of peppermint OR wild orange essential oil ( we make 1/2 batch in one oil and the other batch in the other oil).

Mix together in a blender, roll into balls & coat in shredded coconut. You can freeze for a week or two and take out for snacks. 10 mins to defrost. πŸŒΏπŸŠπŸƒ
