At Seven Points our Yoga & Meditation classes are intimate, relaxed and welcoming. We offer classes for all ages and all skill levels; each class providing modifications and opportunities to build on or deepen your current practice.
A typical yoga class connects the breath with fluid and smooth movements to calm the mind and strengthen the body. Often incorporating a theme, breath work, sound and yoga philosophy. Presented in a way that is easy to follow and understand, through clear and directed verbal and/or visual cues to guide students deeper into physical and mental practice.
Beginners - 75 mins
The perfect class for both beginners and regular students as we explore all aspects of Vinyasa, connecting breath with movement with an emphasize on ensuring your yoga practice is practiced safely and with integrity.
Gentle Flow - 75 mins
This class is suitable for all levels, improving energy and fitness while promoting relaxation and healing, it moves at a slow and steady pace to develop conscious awareness helping to calm, restore and balance the body and mind.
Vinyasa Flow - 75 mins
A steady-paced class open to all levels designed to increase your strength, endurance, balance, focus, flexibility as well as patience. A flowing sequence of postures consisting of standing, balancing, floor poses, arm balances and inversions to get the blood pumping, breath flowing and energy bursting.
Meditation - 60 mins
A meditation session can include guided imagery, deep body relaxation or techniques like focusing the mind on a particular object, thought or activity, to promote a sense of wellness and self fulfillment. Providing tools to help calm the mind, soothe your soul and connect you with the peaceful sanctuary at the very centre of your being. No experience necessary.
Teen Yoga & Meditation - 60 mins
Small classes that foster a nurturing and non-competitive environment for teenagers to experiment, take risks and explore the body in a fun way while developing life-long techniques to assist with stress management, acceptance, decision making and focus.

Beginners Yoga Course - 240 mins
Have you been contemplating taking up yoga but not sure where to begin?
Our 4 week beginners course is the perfect place. Whether your recovering from an injury, hoping to improve strength and flexibility in your body, looking to calm the mind, increase mental clarity or searching for stillness these classes are ideal for the absolute beginner.
Conducted in small intimate groups with a maximum of 5 students, we explore some of the more traditional poses with a focus on technique & safety and discover the importance of our breath and mindfulness, giving you a great foundation to start your yoga journey both at home and in a class environment.
To encourage an at home practice a take home information sheet will also be provided at the end of class.
Investment $80 for 4 consecutive weeks, yoga mat discounted price of $20 at time of enrolment.

Some things to remember
Come to class on a light stomach. Avoid heavy meals 2 – 3 hours prior
Please arrive 10 minutes before class to ensure that the class starts on time. Once class has begun, you may be refused entry
It is your responsibility to always notify the teacher of injuries or medical conditions. This allows teachers to better serve your needs
Wear comfortable, stretchy clothing
Remove your shoes each time you come into the studio
Mobile phones must be on silent before entering premises

Child Mindfulness Classes
Just Chillin' Out - 60 min
Fun, interactive sessions that teach children about the importance of breath, connection to their body, positive affirmations, guided meditations and group creativity. All classes are small and intimate allowing for genuine caring connections to be made. Everything we do in class can be taken home and applied in the child’s day to day life.
